Miguel Torres will be making his return to the cage when he will face Joseph Benavidez at WEC 47; the matchup was first reported over at MMA Mania and has since then been confirmed by several sources.

Torres’ last bout was a disappointing KO loss to Brian Bowles while Benavidez is coming off an impressive first-round KO of Rani Yahya. It wouldn’t surprise me if the winner of this bout faces the winner of the Brian Bowles-Dominic Cruz fight for the WEC 135 lb. title
