The Ultimate Fighter Participant Arrested On Felony Charges

Jeremy Jackson

An MMA fighter has unfortunately strayed down the wrong path as according to Matthew Brothers of fightline.com, Jeremy Jackson, participant in “The Ultimate Fighter: The Comeback”, was arrested in Oxnard, CA and has been charged with seven felonies, including two counts of forcible rape; the arrest took place in late June.  Jackson, 26, is currently being held in Ventura County Jail on $1,000,000 bail.  Along with the aforementioned rape charges, Jackson has also been charged with kidnapping to commit another crime, first-degree residential burglary, assault with a firearm, dissuading a witness by force or threat and criminal threats; Jackson has also been charged with 2 counts of sexual assault and an aggravated sex charge.  Jackson’s next court date is scheduled for Wednesday when he is expected to enter a plea for ther charges set against him.

Jackson was kicked off “TUF” when he left the house to meet a female – a clear breach of the rules; he returned at the season finale, only to injure his neck against Pete Spratt.  He has fought only once since then, winning a bout in March 2007.
