Tanner’s Cause Of Death Was Heat Exhaustion

Despite all of the rumors about the passing of the late UFC fighter Evan Tanner, one thing is for certain:  the cause of death has been determined; according to the Imperial Valley Press, a sheriff’s deputy with the Imperial County Police said that Tanner died from heat exhaustion.  Prior to this, people close to Tanner had stated that they thought that Tanner’s dirt bike had ran out of gas – which has been been refuted by authorities today who said that Tanner’s bike still had fuel in it.

In addition, temperatures at Tanner’s campsite har reached upwards of 110 degrees, according to officials; Tanner had simply ran out of water as empty water bottles were found near his body and his campsite supplies were nearly depleted, as well.  An autopsy is right around the corner, which should put this to rest once and for all.
