Yet another bout has been added to the UFC 91 card as it has been learned that The Ultimate Fighter 7 cast member Matthew Riddle will take on Ryan Thomas at the event, which will take place on November 15 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

Riddle, a relative newcomer to MMA, entered TUF 7 with no pro fights to his credit, yet made it all the way to the series finale, defeating Dante Rivera; meanwhile, Thomas made his MMA debut in April of 2007.  He had won 10 of his first 11 bouts before losing to Ben Saunders at UFC 87.  With the addition of this bout, UFC 91 looks like this*:

• Kenny Florian vs. Joe Stevenson
• Dustin Hazelett vs. Tamdan McCrory
• Nick Catone vs. Amir Sadollah
