Penn and Georges St. Pierre are scheduled to hook up during a yet-to-be-numbered UFC fight card on December 27 in Las Vegas; however, the finalization of the matchup is contingent on the outcome of the B.J. Penn-Jon Fitch bout at UFC 86 on August 9.
