An up-and-comer in the lightweight division of the UFC, Justin Buchholz hopes to make a name for himself as he takes on Corey Hill at UFC 86 this Saturday in Las Vegas, NV; Jeffrey Lee of MMARated.com obtained an interview with Buchholz and it is very interesting. Buchholz talks about training with Urijah Faber, his last fight with Matt Wiman and much more; below are some excerpts:

Jeffrey Lee: First off, Justin, how did you get started in MMA?

Justin Buchholz: I was a huge Bruce Lee fan! Lee was a normal guy who basically had super powers due to martial arts; that really inspired me.

JL: How has your training camp been coming along for this fight?

JB: Great! I feel fantastic everything is great. I rarely feel this good before a fight!

JL: What’s it like training with Urijah Faber?

JB: Training with Urijah is a life changing experience. Urijah not only teaches MMA but he teaches a lifestyle, from work ethic and self motivation to your diet and choices you make outside the gym. Its MMA mania all day, everyday, seven days a week!

JL: What have you learned from him the most?

JB: The thing I learned the most from Faber is to protect my neck because the guy will rip your head off if he gets a hold of it.
