An unnamed source close to UFC 108 is confirming that due to an injury to Steve Cantwell, the bout between he and Vladimir Matyushenko has been removed from the UFC 108 fight card.

The report from the above source says that a replacement bout could possibly be found in time for the event, which is scheduled for January 2, 2010 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. With this last-minute development, UFC 108 looks like this:
